Can I use a payment plan for Invisalign or braces in 2025?

Orthodontic treatment is a priceless investment โ€” but that doesnโ€™t mean cost isnโ€™t a factor. We understand this! Weโ€™re always looking for ways to make orthodontics more affordable and more convenient for you and your family.

If youโ€™re thinking about investing in your smile and quality of life, we have some great news for you.

Can I use a payment plan for braces or Invisalignยฎ in 2025? Yes, you can! You donโ€™t have to pay in full for orthodontics. At Matsumoto Orthodontics & Periodontics, we offer flexible financing for Invisalign and braces to make treatment affordable for every budget.

Hereโ€™s how:

We create affordable, beautiful smiles!

In 2025, you have a lot more options when it comes to financing Invisalign and braces โ€” and beginning the journey to your best self. We offer flexible financing for braces as well as Invisalign!

On your first visit, weโ€™ll present all of our financing options and help you decide which option best meets your needs.

In the meantime, hereโ€™s what youโ€™ll be able to choose from:

1. Pay over time with flexible financing options.

We offer flexible, in-house financing, as well as LendingPoint financing! Both options allow you to spread out the cost of your treatment over time, with monthly payments that fit your budget.

When you visit Dr. Matsumoto and our team, weโ€™ll get to know you, chat about your needs, and work with you to create a custom financing plan with an affordable down payment and monthly payments.

2. Insurance covers more than you may think!

Dental insurance can cover more of your orthodontics cost than you may think! We accept insurance, and our team will handle all of the paperwork for you. Weโ€™re here to help you receive the maximum benefit from your dental insurance plan.

Weโ€™ll calculate your orthodontic insurance coverage, apply it to your treatment cost, then work out a custom Invisalign payment plan or braces monthly payment plan to cover the rest.

3. Use your FSA, HSA, or tax refund.

Did you know that you can also apply your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to your orthodontics cost? Using your FSA or HSA for braces, Invisalign or another orthodontic treatment is one of the most impactful ways to use either savings account.

You can combine your FSA or HSA funds and insurance coverage for even more savings, and then we can work out an in-house financing plan to help you manage your remaining balance.

If you got a nice tax refund this year, consider putting it toward a smile transformation! A beautiful, healthy smile is the gift that keeps giving for the rest of your life.

4. Get the highest quality of affordable orthodontics near you.

With any orthodontic treatment you need, you can rest assured that youโ€™re receiving the highest quality care for a dual-trained and board-certified orthodontist and periodontist โ€” Dr. Matsumoto.

Heโ€™s the only dual-trained specialist for the Porters Neck in Wilmington, NC, area, and one of only a few providers in the entire country.

Needless to say, your smile is in some of the most experienced hands at Matsumoto Orthodontics & Periodontics, and youโ€™ll be receiving the most value for your treatment here.

How much is Invisalign with insurance?

The cost of Invisalign with insurance will depend on the cost of your treatment, and then the amount that your insurance provider covers.

Most insurance plans cover 25โ€“50% of the cost, meaning you would only be responsible for the remaining balance โ€” which weโ€™ll work into a flexible payment plan. Weโ€™ll verify your benefits, file the paperwork for you, and help you receive the max coverage from your plan.

We can also work out a payment plan for braces without insurance, or a payment plan for Invisalign without insurance to help you manage your remaining costs. Whether you have insurance or not, weโ€™re here to create a financing solution that makes you feel comfortable.
